New Braunfels Children's Museum and High Tops

This weekend, my mom and I decided that we wanted to do something fun with Ainsley. So we took her to the New Braunfels Children's Museum. To my surprise, the museum was wonderful. There were lots of cool things for children to do. Ainsley enjoyed it, but I think she will enjoy it even more the older she gets. Check out Ainsley's new high tops in the video clip.

Meeting for Dinner

Last Wednesday night, we did something that we rarely do. We met my family for dinner in the middle of the week. Uncle Stewart was in town for the night so we all decided to catch up. It was so nice socializing with my family. I hope we can do it again soon.

Walking and The Sippy Cup

Ainsley has hit two big milestones since her first birthday. The first milestone is walking. She has taken off. She is walking more than she is crawling. The second big milestone is the sippy cup. That's right - No More Bottles! The bottles have been put away. She didn't really like the sippy cup at first, but now she is starting to like it more. It is kind of nice not having to make bottles every few hours. Enjoy the clip of Ainsley walking with her sippy cup.

Happy Easter

We really had a nice Easter. On Friday, Ainsley and I went to Grandma and Grandpa's house for an Easter egg hunt. Ainsley found 6 eggs - well, kind of! Grandma and Grandpa's gift to Ainsley was the singing rabbit you see in the video. We thought it was cute the first couple of times we heard it. On Saturday we went to MeeMaw's house. She fixed us a delicious fajita dinner. After dinner, we had an easter egg hunt for Lilly, Bryce and Ainsley. Ainsley liked a yellow egg the best. She had a fit when we tried to put it in her Easter basket. In the video, you will see Ainsley with all of her Easter presents.

New Music

For those of you who grew up in the 90's, I hope you enjoy my new blog music. My friends and I have been listening to a lot of 90's music, so I thought it would be fun to add it to my blog. It was fun going looking through my old CD's. Enjoy!

Austin Children's Museum

For Ainsley's real bithday, April 1, I wanted to do something fun with her. So, my mom and I decided to take the day off of work to play with Ainsley. We started the day by going to the Austin Children's Museum. In the video clip, you will see her playing in the toddler section. After the Austin Children's Museum, we met Grandpa, Uncle Stewart and Rachel for lunch. Finally, we ended the day by going shopping at the outlet mall. It was a really nice day spending time with Ainsley and my family.
