Tonya and I decided to take Ainsley on a day trip. We spend the day in Fredericksburg at the Peddler show - an arts and crafts show. At night, we went to see the Johnson City Christmas lights. The lights were spectacular. She trees were covered in white lights. Pedernales Electric Coop puts up all the lights. It takes 30 men 30 days to get them all up. We took Ainsley on a wagon ride and spun her in the lights. It is definitley something I would do again.

Johnson City Zoo
Josh and I wanted to take Ainsley to the zoo this week. We were going to take Ainsley to the San Antonio Zoo, but a good friend of Josh's, Mike told us to take her to the Johnson City Zoo. Well, I sure am happy he made that suggestion. The Johnson City Zoo was awesome. We rode
on a tractor that was pulling a trailer. In the trailer we were able to feed to animals. The animals came up close for us to see them. It was really neat. I think Ainsley enjoyed it a lot. After the zoo, we went to Mason, Texas to visit with our good friend, Shane. We missed seeing Cory because she was at work. But, we got to see the town and there new house. It was a nice drive in the country.

Thanksgiving Part 2
We had Thanksgiving with Josh's side of the family on Wednesday and Thursday. We went to Debbie's house, Josh's mom, on Wednesday. It was so nice to have all of his siblings there at the same time. We got a few good pictures. On Thursday, we went to Uncle Pat and Aunt DeeDee's house with Josh's dad's side of the family. There was lots of good food. We had a lot of fun riding on the four wheelers. Ainsley loved it.
Thanksgiving
This year we had four Thanksgivings. I remembered to take pictures at two of our Thanksgivings. We started the week by going to Baytown. We had turkey and dressing at Ma's house with my mom's side of the family on Sunday. It was nice to see our family and to finally meet our newest cousin, Slate. Then on Monday, we had Thanksgiving with my Dad's side of the family at Aunt Diane and Uncle Rocky's house. At that Thanksgiving meal, we had fried oysters - yum! As always, we enjoyed seeing KP and Georgia. We got to see Lillian for the first time - Ashley and Andrew's baby who was born in October. She is precious. Ainsley had a lot of fun playing with her cousins.

Afternoons in the Park
Josh and I have been taking Ainsley to the park in the afternoons. The weather has been nice and it is comething that we enjoy doing together. Ainsley loves it! As soon as we get there she runs to the slide or swing. When it is time to go, she cries. She has gotten big enough to where she can climb up the slide all by herself. Then, she sits down and slides down. Her favorite slide is the curly slide.

Happy Halloween
We had a really nice Halloween weekend. We started the weekend by carving pumpkins with our friends. I should have took a picture of the finished product. Ainsley got to help clean out the pumpkins. I think she enjoyed it. So, we had pizza, beer, and pumpkin seeds that night.
Saturday we had a busy day. We started the day by going to the Texas State game with Harry and Stephanie. Texas State won so it was a good game. After the game, we went to go trick or treating with Jana and Lilly. Ainsley started the the night as a duck; however, the costume was too small so she ended up being a chicken. She didn't like the hood, so she was a chicken with her head cut off.
