Pumpkin Patch #???

Today, Ainsley and I drug Daddy out to a different pumpkin patch in Elgin. It wasn't as fun as the other two we went to but it was something nice to do on a Sunday afternoon.

Football with the Fergusons

Yesterday, we went to the Texas State football game and Vada, Stuart and Ella came with us. I teach with Vada so it was kind of cool hanging out outside of school. Ella is three and Ainsley wants to do everything she does. The whole way home she kept saying that she wanted to go with Ella. I got a picture of Boco that mascot but the girls were too scared of him to take a picture.

Pumpkin Patch #3

Yes - Mommy likes pumpkin patches. Tonya and I too Ainsley to a Christmas tree farm in Elgin that has a pumpkin patch in the fall. The best thing about it was that it was only 7 bucks a person and Ainsley was free. It included everything except for the pumpkin. We had a hayride, painted a pumpkin, went through 2 mazes, dressed a scarecrow and much more. I think Tonya and I had as much fun as Ainsley did!

Pumpkin Patch Field Trip

Last week, Ainsley had a field trip to the pumpkin patch with her friends. I took a half day from work and went with her. I am so happy that I went. I had a blast. If you want to see something interesting, go to the pumpkin patch with 12 2 year olds. The kids were so excited. The kids each got a pumpkin and they had a Halloween story time. Yes - Ainsley has other Halloween shirts - but that one is obviously her favorite.

Can you tell that she is into saying "cheese" when I take her picture?

Her buggy ride is her favorite.

A Visit to the Pumpkin Patch

My mom and I took Ainsley to the pumpkin patch in Marble Falls today. Ainsley's favorite thing to do was the face painting. She sat really still while the lady painted a butterfly on her face. She didn't like the train. She was excited to get in and then she cried during the whole ride. We ran into some really good friends today. Our neighbors we had growing up when we lived in Lake Travis - The Haney's. It was great seeing them and we finally got to see Ashley's little girl Brooke. Check out the pics below.

Dinner at Saltlick

One of our favorite places to eat, especially on Friday night, is Saltlick. This time we went with Harry, Steph, Tonya, Jana and the kids. Like always the food was delicious and we enjoyed catching up since we have all been so busy with school starting. Tonya went and picked up Ainsley after school yesterday. She and Steph entertained her for a while since Josh and I were still working. It is nice to have such great friends.
